HI-TECH ULTRASONIC CLEANING
DPF Xpress utilizes hi-tech Ultrasonic cleaning to bring your DPF back to life. Ultrasonic cleaning is proven to thoroughly clean every cell in your filter. By blasting the filter with high frequency sound waves which produce millions of impulses per second, it cleans your filter thoroughly and efficiently, but safely as well. . Ultrasonic cleaning is the same process used on fine jewelry, so you know it is safe for your filter!
HOW IT WORKS
Ultrasonic cleaning originated over 20 years ago as Europe passed stricter emission laws. It was developed as a thorough but low impact cleaning method for extending the life of emission parts on vehicles that were required by law.
NEAR-NEW CONDITION
By immersing your filter in a heated solvent and then using the high-frequency sound waves of the ultrasonic unit to agitate the solution, it forces loose organic materials from the filter, leaving the unit itself in near-new condition.
